Friday Feast

Appetizer
Who is your favorite news anchor/reporter? Why?
I like Bill Turnbull. BBC Brreakfast news, because his sense of humour is apparent and because he is not afraid to make a fool of himself. He is happy to have a go at most things including Strickly Come Dancing (Dance with the stars for US)

Soup
Name 3 foods that are currently in your freezer.
Chicken - there is always chicken.
Ice Cream - a big tub
Vegtables - all kinds because they're my nod to healthy eating.

Salad
If you were to have the opportunity to name a new town or city, what would you call it?
I'd really have to think hard, it would depend on where it is. Mountain region, surrounded by countryside. Or I could be totally egotistical and name it after myself :)

Main Course
What will most likely be the next book you read?
There are a few stacking up.
Labyrinth by Kate Mosse
Da Vinci code - yep I still haven't read it
Or course the next Harry Potter
and I want to read King Lear before I go and see it

Dessert
What's the first thing you notice about the opposite gender?
Smell! It's what I notice about everyone. I really can't cope with the unwashed smell.

We always have chicken and ice cream in our freezer too.
That's another thing I noticed about my husband, I loved the smell of his cologne.
Great Feast!
Happy Friday!

We almost always have chicken on hand, too.

I wouldn't have thought of smell, but if it's bad that is the first noticeable thing.

Happy Friday!

Many people I have visited have ice-cream in their freezer. I'm craving for some so I might buy a tub of my favorite ice-cream, ube flavor.

Your dessert reminds me of a colleague at work. He always smelled good. I love his perfume. It wasn't intoxicating but refreshing. He's good looking too. :)

Thanks for visiting my feast.

Thanks for visiting my blog. You have posted a great feast! Have you seen "The Da Vinci Code" movie? If not, don't watch it until AFTER you read the book. They're similar in many ways, but as usual, the book is better. You'll love it! I think I'm going to read "Angels and Demons", the sequel, pretty soon. Have a great weekend! :)

I like how your blog looks. I didn't think of smell before. The way someone smells is important, huh?

Your dessert caught my attention. Now that is actually a good one. No matter how good looking they are it really hurts the image if they reek like a garbage trick!

Nice blog. :o)

Off topic: Your blog title caught my attention. It'a book and back in the 80s here in the Philippines, punk and new wave bands' battle cry is 'welcome the brave new world'. Just thought of sharing.
